Your Key Contributions

In this role, you will contribute to:

  • Enhancing 3M's internal capabilities in Digital Infrastructure, Applications, Data, Analytics, and IT Operational Excellence
  • Driving innovation through monthly COGS P/L reconciliation and rolling forecast MRE QOR for assigned BGs or regions
  • Collaborating with ESC Enterprise Supply chain Finance and operational team to support annual operating planning development and annual standard cost update
  • Providing strategic finance support on capital investment, sourcing decision, and working capital improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with 3M Global Financial Standards (GFS) and other processes, SOX Corp Audit Statutory Audit requirements
What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or higher, completed and verified prior to start, from an accredited institution
  • CA, Semi-qualified CA, ICWA, MBA in Finance, 5-8 years of finance accounting or supply chain logistics job experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

You will also benefit from:

  • Proven Manufacturing Supply Chain finance operations experience, Factory facing, plant
  • Self-starting ability to drive change
  • Strong collaboration skills with global cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Results-driven approach with strong process and execution skills
  • Familiarity with 3M financial systems, SAP MM, other ERP systems, and proficiency in using Microsoft applications, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
