Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the implementation and management of our local Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate data collection, maintaining system stability, and driving operational efficiency.

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate strong IT literacy and proficiency in Excel/data processing, with prior CRM system knowledge preferred.
