International CRM Operations Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the implementation and management of our local Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate data collection, maintaining system stability, and driving operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive business growth.
- Analyze and validate data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Maintain strict compliance with organizational data governance policies.
- Provide expert training on CRM usage and best practices to enhance adoption.
- Support analytics and reporting to optimize operational performance.
Requirements:
- Possess a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Hold 3+ years of experience in marketing or sales, with a background in ceramics/tiles industry being an asset.
- Demonstrate strong IT literacy and proficiency in Excel/data processing, with prior CRM system knowledge preferred.
- Showcase exceptional responsibility, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a quick learning capacity, high resilience, and stress tolerance.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
