Key Responsibilities
  • Lead risk analysis across various business functions, including Supply Chain, Marketing, and Seller experience.
  • Develop efficient processes and ensure business impacts are optimized.
  • Assist in building and executing internal audit and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
  • Partner with functional heads to maintain risk registers and support mitigation plans.
  • Monitor emerging risks, particularly in data privacy, cybersecurity, ESG, and regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with external auditors, legal, and compliance as needed.
  • Participate in standardization automation projects for process efficiency.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience, Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate in Finance.
  • Strong first principles thinking and business understanding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
