Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Developer to join our team in building a cutting-edge AI-powered application for UI interface integration for the LLM API.

About the Role:

  • Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enable accurate, reliable, and contextual responses using generative AI and curated datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop RAG-based workflows for contextual understanding of data.
  • Integrate large language models (LLMs) with vector databases and retrieval systems.
  • Preprocess, clean, and structure documents, research papers, and datasets for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to fine-tune AI models for quality assurance.
  • Build prototypes and proof-of-concept apps demonstrating Gen AI-powered query resolution capabilities.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and testing of AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Gen AI, NLP, and healthcare AI ethics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of Gen AI concepts and LLM architectures, including Transformers and Attention mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector embeddings, and tools like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
  • Programming knowledge in Python and experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Awareness of ethical considerations and data sensitivity in medical applications.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
