Project Manager Role

The Project Manager oversees the end-to-end execution of EPC projects, from sales handover to final client delivery. Key responsibilities include project planning, client communication, execution, and monitoring.

  • Project Handover & Planning:
    • Receive formal project handover from Sales.
    • Review customer requirements, scope of work, and commitments.
    • Confirm project timelines, design milestones, and delivery schedules.
  • Client Communication & Kick-Off:
    • Draft introductory emails to clients covering key stakeholders and reporting formats.
    • Organize and lead internal project kick-off meetings.
  • Execution & Monitoring:
    • Develop and maintain overall project timeline trackers.
    • Monitor daily/weekly project progress and update trackers accordingly.
  • Client & Internal Coordination:
    • Act as the single point of contact for the client throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Facilitate periodic project status updates to clients.
  • Quality & Documentation:
    • Ensure all project-related documentation is updated and archived.
    • Review client inspection reports (accept/reject) and ensure compliance.

Key Result Areas (KRAs): Adherence to project timelines, client satisfaction, quality compliance, effective use of trackers, and budget adherence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in EPC/Infrastructure/Construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
