Branch Operations Manager

Job Title:
We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our branch operations and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the daily management of the branch, setting strategic objectives for enhanced performance.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of Wealth Relationship Managers with portfolios exceeding ₹10 Cr.
- Develop and execute corporate client acquisition strategies through seminars, webinars, and onsite programs.
- Foster partnerships with key business segments, including IT, HR, Logistics, Services, and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
- Ensure comprehensive insurance solutions are integral to every RM's product offerings.
- Monitor market trends and align business strategy with organizational goals.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of continuous experience in a similar role or visible career progression.
- Mandatory Life & Health Insurance sales expertise, both personally and through team members.
- Preference given to candidates from banking, securities, or wealth management backgrounds.
- Strong leadership, sales, and client engagement skills essential.
