Job Description

A qualified architect with excellent communication and project management skills is required to lead the construction of clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion, including research, analysis, and problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will be able to construct detailed building models and structure plans, conduct quality assurance checks, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead the construction project from start to finish, ensuring timely execution and high-quality results.
  • Design and Documentation: Prepare building models, structure plans, and other architectural documents using REVIT and SketchUp.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Communication: Communicate project status and completion timelines to clients and team members, as well as explain design requirements and specifications to builders, electricians, and technicians.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise junior architects and assign tasks, as well as coordinate with other disciplines and run kickoff meetings.
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in REVIT and SketchUp.
  • Excellent graphic, communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Growing understanding of building codes and how to apply them.
  • Maintains C-P/Client standards and QC throughout projects.
