Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a visionary technical leader to spearhead our BioAgri group.
The successful candidate will lead current and new laboratories, overseeing multiple research teams, and guiding product testing and registration. A key responsibility will be to develop and implement a strategic vision for the BioAgri group aligned with business strategy and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a multidisciplinary team of scientists and researchers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the discovery, development, and commercialization of novel products targeted at global markets.
You will be responsible for managing research projects, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient resource use and timely milestone completion. Additionally, you will develop novel bioformulations for crop improvement and protection, and oversee patent filing, review research publications, and ensure protection of intellectual property.
About You:
- You have a Ph.D. in Plant Biology, Crop Science, Agricultural Biotechnology, Agri-input Science, or related fields.
- You have a minimum of 12 years of postdoctoral experience in Agri-biotech companies or biotechnology industries focused on Agri-input formulations.
