Job Overview:

This role is responsible for managing loan servicing and settlement transactions across a dynamic portfolio of lending and trading positions.

  • Process syndication loans from global markets, ensuring accurate and timely processing in Loan IQ.
  • Investigate and reconcile cash breaks, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Review legal documentation related to credit facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the Business Unit, Financial Controllers, Global Capital Markets, Leveraged Acquisition Finance, Lending Joint Venture, and other stakeholders to achieve common goals.

About the Role:

Daily transaction processing involves handling incoming and outgoing paperwork, supporting client service associates, and operational personnel by verifying documents and submitting accurate forms for final processing.

  • Requires strong written and verbal communication skills, project management abilities, and proficiency in MS Word and database input.
  • Must be able to learn quickly, prioritize tasks effectively, and engage in detailed work. Flexibility in duties assigned and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, is crucial for success in this role.
