At HRBX Technologies LLP, we are seeking a talented and experienced data science professional to lead our analytics efforts. As the Principal Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy, leading a team of skilled data scientists, and driving the development of advanced analytics and machine learning models.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data science, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for solving complex problems using data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the company's data strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Model Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning models to derive actionable insights and drive business outcomes.
  • Data Exploration: Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within large datasets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to integrate data science solutions into products and services.

Continuous Learning:
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and related fields, and integrate new technologies and methodologies into the team's workflow.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.

Requirements:
  • A Ph.D or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 7-12 years in a data science role, with a track record of leading successful projects and teams.
  • Expertise in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Literate in Large Language Model (LLM) programming.
  • Preferred background in procurement, specifically in Life Sciences, Financial Services, and Manufacturing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into data science solutions.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum
