An Experienced HR Manager is required to lead our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee attendance management, and employee retention strategies.

  • Interview and assess job candidates to identify top talent">
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain key employees">
  • Oversee employee attendance, working schedules, paid time off, overtime, and breaks to ensure optimal workforce utilization">
  • Onboard new hires effectively to drive employee engagement and productivity">
  • Monitor and report on employee turnover rates to inform HR strategy">
  • Organize and maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, work permits, and visas">
  • Implement effective employee retention programs to reduce turnover and improve morale">
  • Coordinate logistics for staff, including accommodation, catering, and transportation as needed">
  • Schedule regular training sessions for all hotel employees to enhance skills and knowledge">
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees with queries or job-related issues">
  • Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations">
