Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled software quality assurance professional to join our team in this rapidly expanding maritime startup.
Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of software quality through thorough testing and validation. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing test plans to ensure software functionality and usability.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Conducting performance, load, and stress tests to evaluate software robustness.
- Identifying and documenting defects, and working with developers to resolve issues.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Playwright.
- A proven track record in creating and executing test plans and strategies.
- Strong knowledge of performance, load, and stress testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Background in defect management and root cause analysis.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience: 4-7 years relevant testing experience.
