Copywriting Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Copywriting Specialist to spearhead the creation of engaging content that aligns with our brand's vision and goals.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional storytelling abilities, coupled with a keen understanding of design aesthetics. They will lead the development of creative strategies that drive business results and foster a culture of innovation within their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative content strategies that leverage cross-functional collaboration between marketing, product, and sales teams.
  • Lead a team of copywriters and provide mentorship to help them grow professionally and creatively.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to ensure seamless integration of words and visuals.
  • Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Conceptualize and execute big ideas, working on integrated campaigns that span digital, social media, TVCs, print, and beyond.
  • Write across various formats, including ads, scripts, social media posts, and long-form content.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team. A bachelor's or master's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
