Factory Production Manager Position

**Job Title:** Manufacturing Operations Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee our daily production operations in the food industry. This role requires a leader with a proven track record of ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely completion of schedules.
- Monitor the team to ensure production targets are met.
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high standards of quality.
- Collaborate with the QA/QC team to ensure product excellence.
- Work closely with various teams, including QA/QC, inventory, purchasing, logistics, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and resolve any production-related issues.
Skills:
- Production Management: Expertise in overseeing daily production operations, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and meeting targets.
- Process Implementation: Proven ability to implement and enforce SOPs.
- Team Leadership: Experience in monitoring and leading a production team to achieve goals.
- Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience & Education:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in production management, preferably within the food industry. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field is preferred. An MBA is a plus.
