Job Description:

This is a full-time role for a Center Head Academic at a premier coaching institute in Mumbai. The Center Head Academic will oversee the academic operations of the coaching center, manage faculty, ensure high-quality education delivery, and monitor student performance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Curriculum Planning:

    Developing and implementing educational curricula that align with industry standards and goals.

  • Faculty Management:

    Recruiting, training, and managing a team of experienced educators to deliver high-quality instruction.

  • Academic Operations:

    Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of academic programs and services.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have:

  • A strong academic background and knowledge of curriculum planning.
  • 3-5 years experience in managing faculty and academic operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze student performance and implement improvement strategies.
