About Social Media Scriptwriter & Content Strategist Role

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Social Media Scriptwriter & Content Strategist.

This role demands a blend of creative scriptwriting expertise with a deep understanding of social media platforms and content strategy.

You will be responsible for developing engaging scripts for various Long-form social media formats, including YouTube, and contributing to the overall content planning, creation, and distribution strategy.

The ideal candidate needs to be passionate about social media, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop original and compelling scripts for social media videos, particularly for YouTube, that resonate with our target audience.
    • Craft engaging dialogue, narratives, and formats that drive viewership and engagement.
    • Adapt scripts based on performance data and audience feedback.
    • Contribute to the creation of other social media content, including captions, posts, and stories.
  • Social Media Strategy & Management:
    • Develop and execute social media content strategies to enhance platform growth and audience engagement.
    • Create detailed execution blueprints to guide content creation and distribution across various teams.
    • Analyze competitor activities and social media trends to create content strategy and optimize performance.
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned social media channels, ensuring smooth and effective execution.
  • Team Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Coordinate with multiple teams, particularly on YouTube, to ensure seamless content production and distribution.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for platform-related matters, providing clear and timely communication.
    • Manage relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:
    • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for all assigned tasks, ensuring thorough and proactive management.
    • Analyze social media performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Possess a foundational understanding of the Home Construction industry (or be willing to learn)
  • Passion for social media platforms and a strong understanding of their functionality and best practices
  • Strong understanding of storytelling principles, character development, and dialogue
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good with numbers and analytical skills
