Job Title: Infrastructure Solutions Architect

At the forefront of our organization, we seek a seasoned professional to assume the role of Infrastructure Solutions Architect. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading the design, implementation, and support of cutting-edge infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive infrastructure strategies to align with business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical requirements.
  3. Design and deploy highly available product deployment architectures, network architectures, and storage architectures.
  4. Ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
  5. Utilize automation tools to streamline deployments and system upgrades.
  6. Provide expert-level technical support to resolve customer-reported issues within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  7. Conduct thorough reviews of user documentation, product requirements documents, and other functional specifications.
  8. Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives, product release training, and documentation.
  9. Engage in design reviews of high-level designs (HLDs) and low-level designs (LLDs) with customers.
  10. Evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 9-11 years of experience in software and hardware infrastructure implementation and support.
  • BE (IT/Computers), MCA or equivalent degree.
  • Strong background in designing and deploying scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Travel Requirements:

Yes, occasional travel to onsite locations may be required.
