The Opportunity

Our company is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team. This role is critical in identifying attracting and onboarding top talent across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across functions including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements align on hiring strategies and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Use various sourcing methods such as job portals LinkedIn social media employee referrals and recruitment agencies to build a robust talent pipeline.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms including LinkedIn Naukri and internal databases.
  • Experience coordinating and conducting initial candidate screenings and assessments.
