About Us

We are currently seeking an experienced BSW Expert to join our team.

  • This role will involve working on the development of advanced software solutions for various industries.
  • You will be responsible for deriving and analyzing customer requirements, implementing and configuring software according to these needs, and interfacing with customers and teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Derive and analyze customer requirements for Basic Software based on specifications.
  • Implement and configure Basic Software in accordance with requirements.
  • Interface directly with external customers and counterpart teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AUTOSAR Basic Software components.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex integration issues and identify root causes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Automotive, Computer Science, or Controls Engineering from a recognized university.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Configuring, Integrating, and Testing of AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) modules along with RTE across automotive ECUs.
  • Hands-on experience in developing Complex Device Drivers (CDD) and performing MCAL configuration for various microcontrollers.
  • Experience in integration and testing of AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) with application layer components.

Preferred Skills:

  • Good communication and team handling skills.
  • Profound analytical and conceptional skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Domain knowledge in e-mobility systems such as Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Inverters is an added advantage.
  • Experience in safety-critical software development aligned with ISO 26262 functional safety standards is an added advantage.
