Rural Women Empowerment Strategist

• Creative Proposal Development: Research and draft high-quality proposals that align corporate CSR goals with rural women-centric programs, focusing on skilling, entrepreneurship, health, and education.
• Outreach and Partnership Building: Identify companies with active CSR mandates in gender equity, rural development, or livelihood generation, and present tailored proposals to build long-term partnerships.
• Liaison and Collaboration: Engage with NGOs working in rural women empowerment to understand their models and impact metrics, and customize documentation to reflect shared goals and co-create scalable interventions.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for gender-inclusive development.
• Proactive and self-motivated individual comfortable working remotely.
• Students or early-career professionals pursuing BBA / MBA, or BA / MA / PhD in Economics, Development Studies, or related fields.
• Able to build strong relationships with internal teams, NGOs, and CSR funders.
