RPA Automation Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation workflows for desktop and web applications to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Deploy and configure RPA components, including bots, development tools, and logging tools, to support automation processes.
  • Develop and maintain process and end-user documentation to ensure smooth operations and knowledge sharing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation processes to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to launch and implement RPA solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance policies when deploying and managing RPA solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to support RPA implementation and maintenance.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve automation processes and reduce costs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and use of RPA solutions.
  • Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to measure RPA solution performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of automation assets, including workflows, scripts, and documentation, to support knowledge sharing and reuse.
  • Develop and maintain a plan for ongoing RPA solution maintenance and support to ensure continued value and return on investment.
    • Familiarity with RPA tools such as UIPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
    • Experience with Selenium for web application automation.
    • Proficiency in C# programming language.
    • Strong understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution.
    • Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
    • Familiarity with Azure cloud platform.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and end-users.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
    • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues.
    • Ability to mentor and train junior team members.
    • Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
    • Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables and accurate documentation.
