Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical components, products, tools, or systems from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

">">Design and develop mechanical components, products, tools, or systems from concept to completion.">Utilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autocad, Creo, Inventor) for 3D modeling, detailed 2D drafting, and assembly creation.">Contribute to the selection of appropriate materials and manufacturing processes.">Perform engineering calculations (e.g., stress, strain, kinematics, fluid dynamics) to validate designs and predict performance.">Conduct basic simulations (e.g., FEA - Finite Element Analysis) to analyze design behavior and identify potential issues.">Assist in the development and fabrication of prototypes.">Participate in testing and validation of mechanical designs, analyzing test data, and proposing design modifications.">Provide technical support to the production and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are efficiently produced.">Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement in manufacturing.">Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during production or assembly.">Ensure all designs and processes comply with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASME), safety regulations, and quality requirements.">Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, bill of materials (BOMs), specifications, and reports.">Work effectively with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, production staff, quality control, and supply chain.">Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.">Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is beneficial for local team interaction and understanding instructions.">Good English proficiency is essential for technical documentation, design reviews, and broader professional communication.">Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering practices, tools, and technologies.">
