Precision Drafter

We are seeking a skilled Precision Drafter to join BuildBooster. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in CAD software and experience working with international clients, especially in the US market.

• Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) for architectural, civil, and mechanical projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and design specifications.
• Modify and update drawings based on feedback from clients and design teams.
• Ensure compliance with US industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Maintain project documentation, organize files, and update drawings as required.
• Coordinate with international teams and adapt to time zone differences for effective communication.
• Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and construction documents.
• Provide support in the review of project designs and identify potential issues or inconsistencies in the plans.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in CAD drafting, preferably with international clients, especially in the US market.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software.
• Knowledge of US building codes, standards, and best practices.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
• Education: A degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret complex design documents and blueprints.
