Webflow Developer

We are seeking a skilled Webflow developer to join our team. You will be responsible for building and managing our marketing web properties, working closely with the marketing team to create high-quality web experiences that meet conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design requirements.

You'll collaborate with our team to produce engaging online experiences for our leads and customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills and experience in Webflow development, as well as your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop web pages and landing page concepts in collaboration with in-house designers and the marketing team.
  • Monitor site performance, run regular audits, and measure key metrics such as conversion, traffic, bounce rates, and more.
  • Provide directional suggestions to the team based on your analysis of site performance data.
  • Make innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your observations and learning.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency across web spaces.
  • Research the latest trends and keep track of innovations in the space, applying this knowledge to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and prioritize brand consistency across web spaces.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and knowledge of backlinking, keyword rankings, and constant upkeep with ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social and external platform tracking (pixels, events, and tracking scripts).
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to follow deadlines.
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
