We are seeking an experienced trade professional to join our team as a Trade Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with Indian trade regulations, including Customs Act, Excise Act, and DGFT policies
  • Coordinating with logistics and plant teams to ensure timely shipments and compliance with regulations
  • Preparing and submitting applications for trade incentives, such as MEIS scrips and EPCG licenses
  • Monitoring and reporting on trade-related activities, including exports, imports, and transactions
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in trade operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of Indian trade regulations, including Customs Act, Excise Act, and DGFT policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
