ERP Specialist

The role demands deep expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and hands-on experience in project execution across multiple modules.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Transition Planning & Execution: Design and implement JDE processes for divestiture scenarios including customer/supplier master segregation, order closure, and data handover.
  • Sales & Distribution Expertise: Configure and support modules such as Sales Order Management (O2C), Purchase Order Processing (P2P), Inventory Management, and Advanced Pricing and Preferences.
  • Integration & Data Migration: Lead data migration efforts for customer/supplier records and transactional history, ensuring seamless integration with Finance modules and third-party systems.
  • Documentation & Testing: Prepare AS-IS/TO-BE process documents, functional specs, test scenarios, and training materials, conducting CRP, UAT, and post-Go-Live support.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Implement SOX-compliant controls and audit readiness, supporting EDI inbound/outbound processes for different interfaces like DSI, AAF, 3PL, MDG, CFIN.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead ERP activities focused on Sales & Distribution during organizational transitions such as company separations, mergers, or acquisitions.
