Job Title: Marketplace Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven individual to lead our presence across online marketplaces.

  1. Manage end-to-end operations across platforms, ensuring seamless management of listings, ads, recommendations, and settlements.
  2. Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate pricing, images, and descriptions.
  3. Run and optimize Product Listing Ads (PLAs), sponsored campaigns, and ensure strong ROI, driving sales and growth on marketplaces.
  4. Work with category managers to drive product recommendations and secure premium placements, enhancing visibility and customer engagement.
  5. Track payouts, commissions, returns, and ensure accurate financial settlements, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  6. Monitor sales, ads, stock, and competitor benchmarks; prepare weekly dashboards for management, providing actionable insights for business decisions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of major marketplaces.
  • Hands-on experience with listings, ads (PLAs), and settlement tracking.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Strong negotiation and category management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Team leadership skills with accountability mindset.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate/MBA with 3–6 years of experience in marketplace/e-commerce management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and growth on marketplaces.
  • Prior experience in fashion, jewellery, or consumer brands preferred.
