Job Summary:

As a Python Developer at Deservely, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining scalable applications and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions that meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of Python, and experience with frameworks, APIs, and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy scalable Python-based applications.
  • Collaborate with the product and design teams to understand user needs and propose technical solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Integrate frontend elements with server-side logic.
  • Implement security and data protection solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues to improve performance and scalability.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to improve our processes and software.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Python Developer (at least X years).
  • Strong understanding of Python and its standard libraries.
  • Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Proficiency in working with databases (SQL and NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with data processing libraries like Pandas, NumPy, or machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
