Software Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive quality across our software products. This role involves designing test strategies, developing automation frameworks, and ensuring seamless integration into continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test plans, cases, and automation frameworks to ensure the highest level of product quality.
  • Design and maintain automated test scripts for functional, performance, and security testing to identify defects early in the development cycle.
  • Conduct thorough regression, exploratory, and usability testing to ensure that our software meets the requirements of our customers.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) to streamline the testing process and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and improve the overall quality of our software.
  • Document test cases, test results, and defect reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001) to protect customer data and prevent security breaches.
  • Provide regular test reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for continuous improvement to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers to develop their skills and contribute to best practices within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field to demonstrate a strong foundation in software development and testing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software testing and automation to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting.
  • Strong experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness in testing.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript to develop custom test automation frameworks.
  • Experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools to ensure accurate and efficient testing.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and performance testing frameworks (JMeter, LoadRunner) to optimize the testing process and reduce costs.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in an agile environment to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
