Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Financial Strategist.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management information systems (MIS) reports, and dashboards.
  • Build financial models and conduct ratio analysis to support decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Prepare detailed project reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Manage direct tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/Certified Management Accountant (CMA)/Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
  • 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.
