We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor to join our team. You will work closely with our team to identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities associated with land acquisition, and develop and maintain relationships with external counsel and other stakeholders involved in land acquisition.
- Provide expert legal advice on land acquisition matters, including negotiation of agreements and contracts.

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing expert legal advice on land acquisition matters;
- Conducting due diligence on land titles and preparing reports;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external counsel and other stakeholders;
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Law Degree from a reputable university and have at least 5 years of experience in real estate law, particularly in development of renewable power projects. You should be conversant with both private and revenue land procurement processes, familiar with state-specific regulations on land use conversion, ceiling, and land restrictions, and have excellent contract drafting and interpretation skills. Additionally, you should have a strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
