Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist

Job Description:

As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations. This includes managing inventory levels, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound Management: Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Data Administration: Update company software with tracking records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare and maintain records of dispatch orders, invoices, and related documents.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Return/RTO Orders: Manage return orders and handle tickets or escalations related to orders.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Quality Control Process Enablement: Assist in implementing quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.
Requirements:
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Essential for verbal and written communication.
  • Quick Learning Ability: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in any stream is preferred.
  • Language Skills: English, Hindi, and Kannada language skills are beneficial.
