Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Developer to drive innovation and excellence in user interface development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI development and experience working with React.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, responsive, and performant user interface components that meet high standards of quality and usability.
  • Define and enforce UI coding standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code that meets design principles.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Mentor and coach UI developers, providing guidance and support on technical challenges to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to design principles, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and stay ahead of the curve.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in UI development with a strong focus on scalability, responsiveness, and performance.
  • 3+ years of experience in React with a deep understanding of its ecosystem and best practices.
  • Desirable: Redux knowledge to enhance expertise and versatility.
