Data Scientist Job Description

Job Title: Data Analyst and Machine Learning Developer

We are seeking a skilled data analyst and machine learning developer to join our team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 1+ years of experience in handling full-stack machine learning pipeline development.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the healthcare industry by developing innovative data models and solutions using Python and AI/ML technologies. You will have the chance to design and develop new models in areas like revenue cycle management, fraud management, hospital resource optimization, patient care services, and medical decision support systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Explore extensive data available in the Indian healthcare domain to gain insights and optimize business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement machine learning models that utilize structured and unstructured data to drive business growth.
  • Launch MVPs that bring positive disruption in the industry by leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with industry experts to define standards and best practices for data science and machine learning.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in handling full-stack machine learning pipeline development using Python and relevant libraries.
  • Experience working with large datasets and implementing data pipelines.
  • Proficiency in writing optimized SQL queries and understanding database architecture.
  • Expertise in machine learning and deep learning algorithms and advanced knowledge of NLP pipelines.
  • In-depth understanding of different ML model architectures and demonstrated hands-on experience developing and building ML models at scale.
  • Clear understanding and experience in end-to-end model deployment and principles of MLOps.
  • Able to develop business understanding of problems and take ownership of end-to-end pipelines.
  • Ability to communicate complex analysis results clearly and effectively to a broad audience.
  • Highly motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle steep-learning curves.
  • Takes ownership of projects and drives them independently.
