Welcome to our esteemed organization, a leading player in the field of Dispute Resolution and Real Estate. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Advocate to join our team.

Our firm has over 30 years of experience in providing exceptional legal services to our clients. We represent them in various forums, including the Bombay High Court, Bombay City Civil Court, Arbitral Tribunals, Co-operative Court, Consumer Dispute Redressal Forums, Court of Small Causes, and other Tribunals / Courts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Take full responsibility for each matter handed over, including appearing before various courts and tribunals across Mumbai.
  2. Draft pleadings, memoranda, and other court documents as required.
  3. Attend conferences and meetings with Counsels and clients to discuss case progress and provide legal advice.
  4. Undertake detailed research on complex legal issues.
  5. Organize case briefs and coordinate with clients to provide seamless support and guidance throughout the legal process.

Requirements:

  • Batch of 2023/ year PQE)
  • Strong understanding of contract law, property rights, and dispute resolution principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
