Hostel Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Hostel Warden at Athlead International. This position requires a strong ability to manage and supervise a hostel environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of children in our care.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the hostel, including meal management, household chores, and supervision of children during extracurricular activities. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

• Taking charge of the overall management and supervision of the hostel
• Coordinating meal planning and preparation to meet nutritional standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for residents
• Organizing and supervising recreational activities to promote physical and mental well-being
• Fostering positive relationships with school activity teams to enhance educational experiences

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a related field
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

Athlead International offers a competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $45,000-$60,000 USD.
