Job Description:

This role is primarily focused on delivering professional services through design and consulting activities. The expectation is to support solution design, extension design, and consulting activities to ensure high customer satisfaction for Manhattan customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical and functional discussions with customers and business teams to design, finalize, and develop enhancements.
  • Develop operational flow, detail design documents, CRP demonstrations, and implementation strategies.
  • Manage stakeholders and coordinate build deployment and release to production.
  • Contribute ideas towards the enhancement and/or modification of designs to improve the product.
  • Work closely with teams in coaching, mentoring, and offering guidance from time to time.
  • Comply with common work processes, standards, tools, and coordinate testing activities across project teams to meet business and customer needs.
  • Oversee the use of appropriate tools, ensuring quality procedures are followed, and projects released are bug-free.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base and innovation forums.
  • Guide clients through system implementation of additional functionality.
  • Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Plan and execute moderately complex projects.
  • Mentor other consultants within the team.
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams, internal professional services, and product engineering teams.

    Requirements:

    Skills Required:

    • Design or consulting experience is mandatory.
    • Expertise in supply chain management and distributed systems design is a huge plus.
    • Master's in business management is a plus.
    • Highly proficient, customer-facing experience involving project envisioning, planning, design, development, and deployment of complex solutions.
    • Good understanding of customer requirements gathering.
    • Flexible work approaches with strong proactivity and inclination to resolving customer situations.
    • Thorough understanding of product life cycle and associated processes.
    • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
    • Strong communication, consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset.
