Job Title: Education Support ProfessionalWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic education support professional to join our team in the Secondary Section. The ideal candidate will collaborate with lead teachers in delivering high-quality education and enhancing the learning experience for students.About the RoleThe successful candidate will assist lead teachers in preparing lesson plans, instructional materials, and implementing educational programs. They will also monitor student progress, provide feedback to lead teachers, and help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.Responsibilities
  • Assist lead teachers in preparing lesson plans, instructional materials, and implementing educational programs.
  • Support the development of students' skills and knowledge through various activities and exercises.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to lead teachers.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment that promotes academic achievement and social growth.
  • Supervise students during class activities, breaks, and other school events.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement strategies for improving student outcomes.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay updated on industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in a teaching or educational support role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff to achieve common goals.
  • Familiarity with educational technology and classroom management tools.
  • Patient and enthusiastic approach when working with adolescents.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
