Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Application Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering clinical training and support to our customers.
- Sales Performance Enhancement:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue, market share, and profit.
- Provide expert advice to the sales team on user habits, needs, and recommendations.
- Gather competitive information to inform sales and marketing efforts.
- User Engagement:
- BUILD strong relationships with users through regular interactions in operating rooms and intensive care units.
- Offer guidance and support to ensure optimal product usage.
- Demonstration and Training:
- Manage demo equipment and facilitate handovers to users.
- Organize local events to showcase techniques and therapy supporting our solutions.
- Deliver post-sales clinical training and promote accessories and disposables.
- Expertise Development:
- Pursue expertise in Electrical Impulse Tomography and Electronic Charting System.
- Serve as a consultant for users, providing application knowledge and support.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have an engineering background with at least 5 years of experience working with our products.
Additional Skills:
You should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
