Job Description

Voya is seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Management professional to manage the company's IT Business Continuity Plans across US and India.

This role requires collaboration with business teams to develop strategies that align with global business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of enterprise Business Continuity planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans across US and India.
  • Partner with business departments to develop and maintain Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans in accordance with pre-defined Program requirements.
  • Provide consulting services to BC Plan Owners and Coordinators to complete the annual lifecycle of Business Impact Analysis, BC Plan update, Walkthroughs, and sign-off.
  • Support Plan Owners at the time of event.
  • Be on call as per the rotation followed by the team and be available at the time of event.
  • Support Enterprise Business Resilience Program with data governance.
  • Develop and maintain a robust IT business continuity plan that aligns with current business conditions and corporate defined standards and framework.
