We're not just building jobs – we're creating opportunities for growth, innovation, and excellence. As a Pre-Sales Manager with a strong foundation in Business Analysis (BA), you'll play a vital role in our dynamic team, driving end-to-end presales activities and ensuring quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sales Management: Oversee and drive end-to-end presales activities, including coordinating with internal teams to create and deliver proposal documents (RFI/RFP/RFQ). Manage and facilitate discussions with clients to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and create solutions that align with both technical and business goals.
  • Business Analysis (BA): Independently gather and analyze business requirements, working closely with business owners and subject matter experts to translate those needs into functional specifications and technical requirements. Define features, scope, and user flows for applications, and document requirements clearly for technical teams.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between clients, business units, and technology teams to ensure a smooth flow of information and alignment on project goals. Organize and facilitate pre-sales meetings and workshops with clients, gathering input and feedback to refine requirements.
  • Project Estimation and Validation: Lead the estimation process for presales opportunities, collaborating with technical teams to define timeframes, resources, and costs. Ensure that the requirements captured during pre-sales are validated during the development phase.

What We Offer:

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales Business Analyst or Solution Consultant for web and mobile IT products
  • Extensive experience in Pre-Sales management, including leading proposal preparation and managing client relationships during the pre-sales process
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements
  • Proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions on time
