Network Engineer Role

This is a challenging opportunity to work with a global leader in telecommunications, providing innovative engineering solutions and network support.

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our international team. The successful candidate will work remotely from India, supporting clients across the globe. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to technical excellence and continuous innovation.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with GTD-5 switches.
  • Deliver Tier 3 telephony and hardware support, including fault isolation and resolution.
  • Interface with customers, support teams, and vendors to resolve network problems.
  • Guide field teams on proper trouble isolation and hardware replacement.
  • Document internal processes and mentor other engineers.
  • Ensure accurate, timely ticket updates and participate in an on-call rotation.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' hands-on GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience with call processing and translations.
  • Familiarity with central office procedures and ISO27001 compliance.
  • Strong communication, customer focus, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively.
  • Degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
