Job Title: Senior Brand Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the onboarding journey for new brand partners, from initial discussion to final go-live.
  • Develop and execute strategic alliances that support business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partner brands to ensure smooth API integration and testing.
  • Negotiate partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams for contract closure, pricing validation, campaign rollout, and post-launch support.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in brand partnerships, servicing, and onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations and tech coordination workflows.
  • Proven experience in handling end-to-end partner lifecycle management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
