Content Writer Job Description

This role involves creating engaging content that connects with our target audience through informative blogs and articles. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in transforming complex technical topics into compelling stories and educational content.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Producing long-form feature articles, thought leadership pieces, and trend-driven content covering AI, IoT, Big Data, FinTech, SaaS, Cybersecurity, and more.
  • Crafting various content formats such as news stories, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, reports, infographics, and marketing materials.
  • Conducting in-depth research and interviews with internal stakeholders and industry experts to create original, high-quality content.
  • Collaborating with editorial, SEO, and marketing teams to ensure all content aligns with business objectives, audience intent, and brand voice.
  • Applying SEO best practices, including keyword usage, meta descriptions, and on-page optimization to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Maintaining editorial accuracy, consistency, and a high standard of US English grammar, style, and structure across all written material.

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:

  • 1–4 years of experience in content writing, preferably in tech journalism, digital publishing, or B2B content marketing.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating published work in tech, innovation, or enterprise-focused publications.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
  • Awareness of current technology trends, business models, and digital transformation in the B2B landscape.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms like WordPress and familiarity with editorial workflows.
  • Degree in Journalism, Mass Media, English, Marketing, or a related field.
