Job Title: System Integration Specialist

As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless transition of applications software from development to production.

  • You will design, implement, test, maintain, and support complex software systems, requiring thorough data analysis, product mapping, and collaboration with clients to assess their software utilization needs.
  • Develop and manage master conversion plans for implementation, driving projects from readiness to full production environment.
  • Provide technical support involving data mapping, leveraging strong analytical and technical skills to resolve client issues.
  • Analyze and solve complex problems using learned techniques and tools, working closely with operations teams and client service representatives to understand business requirements.
  • Collaborate on defined projects, providing implementation support and utilizing soft skills and troubleshooting abilities to resolve client queries.
Requirements:
  • Typically, 3+ years of experience with JavaScript programming.
  • Good knowledge of UNIX operating systems.
  • Experience in Perl programming is a plus but not necessary.
  • Able to write and execute SQL queries.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) knowledge.
