As a key player in our organization, the Senior Digital Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day coordination and smooth operation of email marketing campaigns. This role requires high-level organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and strong communication skills.

  • Coordinate with developers and client contacts to manage email development and deployment through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Perform QA testing to ensure accurate email content, layout, and functionality across various devices.
  • Collaborate with clients to secure approval of emails and address any necessary edits.
  • Schedule emails and track analytics using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Provide guidance to clients on account protocols and best practices.
  • Process and upload distribution lists, as well as generate metrics reports for clients.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment, preferably at an agency.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with advanced English proficiency.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
