Job Title: Architectural Designer

At Divya Kruthi Designs, we are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work that showcases their ability to design and coordinate the construction of buildings and structures. They will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, project managers, and the team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about architecture and design, and who is committed to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
  1. Designing and coordinating the construction of buildings and structures
  2. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  4. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in architecture and design
  5. Participating in business development activities to identify new opportunities and grow the business
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in architectural design and construction
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and other design software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with sustainability and green building practices is a plus
