Quality Assurance Specialist

This Manual QA Tester role is perfect for an experienced quality assurance professional seeking a new challenge. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of software development methodologies and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in manual testing environments.
The Manual QA Tester will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans and cases to ensure the highest level of quality in our applications. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and document defects, as well as collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and scripts based on project requirements and product specifications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Identify, document, and report defects using an issue tracking system (e.g., JIRA).
- Maintain and update test documentation to ensure proper tracking of testing efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in manual testing, ideally more than 3 years in a similar QA role.
- Experience with testing web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in writing detailed test cases, test plans, and scripts.
- Basic understanding of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium).
- Familiarity with performance and security testing principles.
