Visual Identity Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to spearhead our creative efforts and define the visual identity of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design refined digital and print assets that embody simplicity, clarity, and elegance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop innovative solutions aligned with our brand strategy and tone.
  • Guide junior designers in their growth while ensuring the highest standards of thoughtful design.
  • Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all touchpoints with a focus on clean layouts.
  • Translate complex ideas into impactful visuals that resonate with our audience.
  • Stay informed about global design trends, particularly in minimalistic and luxury aesthetics, and apply them where suitable.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising on attention to detail or design integrity.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in elegant and high-end design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics or video editing is beneficial.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and use of space to create balanced designs.
  • Ability to develop understated yet effective designs communicating our brand message.
  • Experience working with international teams or brands, with sensitivity to cross-cultural design approaches.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a natural sense of aesthetic balance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with UX/UI design, ensuring user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Awareness of how design influences brand perception and customer experience.
