About This Opportunity

This role is a rare opportunity to work with cutting-edge ITSM tools and platforms. Our client corporation is a leading provider of digital engineering and technology services.

  • Our ideal candidate will lead the implementation of these tools, collaborating closely with engineers and stakeholders to design functional design documents.
  • We need someone who can configure and customize ITSM applications, facilitate rollout of new applications and modules, and interact with clients for requirements gathering and planning.
  • The selected candidate will also participate in discussions with business analysts, designing FDD Functional Design Documents, and collaborate effectively with other ITSM administrators.
  • Key responsibilities include identifying system deficiencies, recommending solutions, and ensuring appropriate tools and processes are in place for a reliable and reproducible development-production environment.
  • The successful candidate will ensure tool configuration consistency across development, testing, sandbox, and production environments.
  • Ongoing production support and end-user support are essential components of this role.
  • Strong development skills are required to ensure projects are on track, and collaboration with cross-functional teams is necessary to gather input for ongoing business needs.
  • This position requires expertise in various ITSM tools, including Cherwell, ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, and SolarWinds.
  • Additional experience with AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Microsoft SCOM, OpsRamp, and PowerBI is beneficial but not required.

Required Skills:

  • IT Service Management (ITSM): Experience with ITSM tools such as Cherwell, ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, and SolarWinds
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and operating systems
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system deficiencies
